Hai Phong Political – Administrative Center
The Hai Phong Political – Administrative Center is located in the North Cam River Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong. Construction officially began on January 7, 2023. Covering an area of 13.63 hectares, the project consists of 14 symmetrically designed buildings, with a total investment of more than VND 2.831 trillion from the city’s budget. The complex is being developed as the new headquarters for Hai Phong’s key government agencies.
