AEON Mall
AEON Mall is a major shopping mall chain owned by AEON Group, Japan’s long-established and largest retail group, founded in 1758. Beyond shopping, AEON Mall offers an integrated lifestyle experience with food courts, restaurants, cinemas, entertainment areas, and general supermarkets, all featuring Japanese-style service standards.
KEY PROJECTS:

AEON Mall Ha Long (Quang Ninh): Construction began on February 17, 2025, in Bai Chay Ward, with a total investment of more than VND 5 trillion. The project includes 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement, and is targeted for completion and operation by the end of 2026.

AEON Mall Da Nang: Currently being developed through two directions: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe, which occupies retail space within the podium of the TTC Plaza complex at 46 Dien Bien Phu Street, and a larger-scale project on a site of more than 10 hectares in Hoa Xuan Ward, with an investment of more than VND 4.6 trillion. The land was officially leased in July 2026.

AEON Mall Hung Yen: There is currently no large standalone AEON Mall shopping center in the province. However, AEON MaxValu retail stores in Ecopark and Van Giang have been operating steadily, providing residents with Japanese-standard retail and shopping services.
