TPFLEX CLASS 0
With continuous research and development efforts, we have launched the high-class product named TPFLEX CLASS 0. Through many rigorous fire performance testing methods of the England standards, our products have achieved BS 476 part 6 & 7 certification- especially with flame spread index at low point.

ADVANTAGES
The absolute and uniform closed cell structure helps to remain thermal conductivity K-value stable at a low level. This is an ideal condition to save energy of pipelines, reduce system operation expenses.
We pride ourselves on the environmentally friendly products. VOCs index is at the lowest and dust-free. Besides, with the chloride origin, this product also prevents the growth of mold and bacteria to give users a clean and fresh atmosphere.

The smooth structure surface works as a polymer layer preventing moisture penetration, avoiding corrosion and increasing pipelines life. Therefore, it doesn’t require additional protection layer when using indoors which will cut down installation costs and time.
The high flexibility of insulation makes it easy to install in confined space areas and extraordanary- shape pipelines.
TPFLEX Class O qualifies Class O certification according to England standards BS476 part 6 & 7 and Class C-s2-d0 according to European EN13501. Accordingly, the extremely low fire spread and smoke index gives customers confidence in the absolute safety level of the product, meeting the strict requirements for fire resistance in buildings.
